Room was decent, maids didn't make up my bed. I stayed Saturday checked out Monday. Not adequately staffed. I requested more towels at 4am never got them. Was told they were busy.. The carpets in the hallways had a need for vacuuming and the whole time I was there - over the course of 3 days were never vacuumed.

Scary and difficult transportation to airport

Flight was cancelled so Air Canada put us up in Holiday Inn. Room was decent, seemed fairly clean. Our next flight was 5 AM in the morning and that evening I called the front desk to inquire about taxi to the airport in the morning. She said just call the front desk when we awake and they will call a taxi for us. we woke up at 2 AM, my husband asked a front desk to call a taxi for us, and they stated they did. We waited over an hour. We kept asking the front desk. What was going on, could they call different tastic taxi company they suggested to take the shuttle which pick up was at 4:30, and our flight was at 5 AM so that would not work. Finally, after an hour, avoiding a White suburban drives up, the driver is honking at us and saying he’s a taxi. There is no wear on the vehicle the word taxi. The driver tells us to apologize to the front desk because the airport does not even open until four. There are other passengers, catching the same flight present with us we had our baby with us and we had to fight with the driver to get the car seat installed for the drive over to the airport, he wanted us to just hold our baby on our lap but finally we were able to get the car seat in. He then was on his phone, the whole drive to the airport organizing his billing, which cost each party $60. Our taxi from the airport to the hotel was only $25. I am very upset, we asked the hotel staff to call us a taxi. And they obviously have some kind of side business with this driver, we are not from Houston and don’t understand if this is normal, or not, but it felt very unsafe, and I feel taken advantage of, I have tried to call to speak to the hotel manager multiple times and left messages with no response. I will not be using a Holiday Inn again and I warn everyone else who is there to organize your own ride to the airport or other places on your own and not rely on the front desk

Decent place to stay on a layover. Restaurant/bar open late, bed was plush, free shuttle with late/early hours, close to airport. Hotel building is definitely older, with some updated amenities. Carpet in halls are ancient and poorly maintained, so they smell and are dirty. Room amenities were plenty, with coffee maker, etc. Shower was fine. Window foggy. Service is fair, check in staff overwhelmed, and am/pm staff provided conflicting information. Was told shuttle ran at all times, no schedule, come any time. So we showed in am at 5:05, and learned shuttle ran only every 30 mins! Also, NO WATER to drink or buy!! This is very frustrating! Last night there was nice water dispenser in lobby, but gone this am until 6am. Not sure I'll stay again.

This property is near to airport with excellent condition Rooms are big and having all amenities. Staff is helpful and breakfast is well enough They have restaurant inside for food I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something near airport

A business overnight stay. Very easy check in. Clean comfortable room but traffic noise was an issue. I should have requested a room on the back side of the hotel. Otherwise, no issues. Restaurants nearby within walking distance. Staff friendly.
